Install and configure the Product Assistant on your Shopify store. Allow five minutes.
It sits on your product pages and brings forward, on its own, what reassures a shopper and makes them buy: the material, sizing help, your delivery times, your return policy. Customers can also ask it any question.
It answers from your data only. If the information does not exist on your store, it says so and invents nothing.
| What it shows | Where it comes from |
|---|---|
| Material, origin, care | The metafields on your product pages |
| Sizing help | Your product options (size, shoe size) |
| Availability | The real stock of your variants |
| Delivery, returns | Your store policies |
| Payment, exchanges, size guide | The public pages of your website |
| Recommendations | Your catalogue |
The more complete your product pages, the more useful the assistant. That is the single biggest lever you have.
Instalment payment does not exist as a Shopify policy: it lives in an ordinary page of your website. The assistant therefore reads your public pages, the way any visitor would, with no extra access permission. If you have no dedicated page, you can write your payment options straight into the settings.
Two decisions per message: shown or not, and highlighted or not. A message never appears if the matching data does not exist on your store.
A highlighted message takes the background and border you chose, instead of neutral grey. By default: delivery, returns and payment, because reassurance is what unblocks the purchase.
By default the assistant follows your store's own styling. You can impose your colours, border width, corner radius, density and typeface, with a live preview.
The two highlight colours apply even in "inherit from site" mode: that is your decision, not your theme's.
Automatic, following the language of the page, or fixed. Available languages: English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese, Japanese, Korean, Chinese.
Add your size guide, your FAQ or your specific terms. The assistant will use them to answer.
The scan re-reads your public pages on demand. If your store is not open to the public yet, enter its storefront password in the settings · otherwise leave the field empty.
The Impact tab shows how many visitors used the assistant, the orders that followed and the revenue attributed to it. A sale counts if it happens inside the window you choose: thirty, sixty or ninety days, because a customer may come back later.
Uninstall the app from your Shopify admin. Your data is erased from our servers, with nothing for you to do.
