What counts as a conversation
One exchange between a shopper and the assistant, however many questions are asked. The messages the assistant shows on its own on your product page — material, size, delivery, returns — do not count: they are unlimited on every plan.
The maths that matters
On an average basket of €90, one extra order a month pays for the Essential plan. Two orders cover Growth.
And you do not have to take our word for it: the dashboard shows you the orders and the revenue attributed to the assistant, over the window you choose.
Billing questions
What happens at the end of the trial?
Nothing automatic without your agreement: you pick your plan. If you do nothing, the assistant pauses.
Can I change plan?
At any time, in either direction. The change takes effect immediately.
What if I go over my volume?
The assistant keeps working. The overage is billed at €15 per 500 conversations.
How am I billed?
By Shopify, on your usual invoice. We have access to no payment method of yours.
